  1. If your business worked with independent contractors this year, you’ll need to file 1099 forms. 
  2. The 1099 tax deadlines are much sooner than the other tax deadlines. You need to be thinking about these now. 

2020 Tax Deadlines to Keep in Mind

Estimated tax payments for 2019 January 15
1099 Issuance January 31
S Corp, LLC and Partnership returns  March 16
C Corp returns April 15
Personal returns April 15
