Whether she’s traveling with her husband and sons, exploring the outdoors with family, or working as a Controller for a $3 Billion dollar private holding company, Carmen approaches all that she does via the mantra: “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
Having started her career at PwC and Ernst & Young, Carmen’s career has evolved to encompass a variety of opportunities including developing valuation analyses for the acquisition and divestiture of companies before then moving to business advisory services for a national firm focusing on healthcare, not-for-profit, and governmental clients. She has also served as an interim CFO for 2 hospitals.
Knowing that organizations live and die by their books, Carmen strives to create lasting change, offer transformative positive changes, and thrives on breaking the status quo.
