Cooper is a bonafide jack of all trades. As a financial modeling master, scuba diving guru, and party promotion extraordinaire, he lives by one simple rule: Focus on the potential for success rather than the possibility for failure. Also a founding member of the team that created the first commodity exchange-traded funds (ETF), Cooper is most proud of being involved in starting a variety of innovative asset management companies and providing commodity financial content for TV. He's also really great at figuring out what the other party really wants — whether it's about asset management or football tailgate parties. When he’s not at work, he loves to travel, geek out about Spanish and astronomy, and study both commodity markets and Korean BBQ with equal voracity.

David learned the nuts and bolts of accounting the hard way — as the owner of D&D Cookie Company, a baking business he started with his sister in their mom’s kitchen. Always keeping track of the money flow, they paid rent and utilities and accounted for every penny earned and spent. Now, he uses that expertise — and years of listening to the financial needs of his clients — to make sense of the complex problems that come his way. Most valuable when he gets to exercise his experience and skillset, he loves yielding tangible results so that the companies he collaborates with can reach their goals. When he’s not at work, he’s got a very specific list of things he likes: his wife, his children, his bulldogs, and bourbon on the rocks on any given Saturday in the fall.
Graham is a North Carolina BBQ loving native who has been in the Atlanta area for several decades. Having spent much of his career in the tech industry, he’s an expert in hyper growth, raising equity, and working with banks for venture debt, which allows him to point out the pitfalls and issues that are to be expected when businesses are on the growth path. He also has experience with product line, managing sales, support, resellers, and development for an entity along with IT, finance, administration, and legal, which gives him a unique view of an operation and provides the groundwork needed to understand the interdependencies between the disciplines. When not working on a financial model, he enjoys upland bird hunting, fly fishing and doing volunteer work.
